Sage Cottage is brand new--built in August 2026. The space is a 575-square-foot, one-bedroom abode designed to feel cozy, comfortable, and elevated. The cottage features vaulted ceilings, warm natural finishes, and thoughtful touches throughout. The cottage is a private, standalone space located behind our primary home. It has its own entrance, outdoor area with privacy fence, and dedicated parking directly in front of the cottage. Inside, you'll find the following comforts: - Master bedroom with king bed and closet - Living room with a queen sleeper sofa - Kitchen fully stocked and equipped with a full stove, oven, fridge, microwave, high-quality coffee maker, tea kettle, and all kitchen necessities - Full bathroom with walk-in shower - Fresh towels, extra linens, bathroom toiletries - Full-size washer and dryer - Smart thermostat with brand new HVAC for cooling & heating The entire cottage is on one level with a flat, brick walkway from the parking area to the front door.

Location & neighborhood: Sage Cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Downtown Raleigh. We ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, particularly at night. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets: Sage Cottage is a pet-free property and unfortunately cannot accommodate pets or other animals. Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cottage or anywhere on the property. Parking: Dedicated private driveway parking is available directly in front of the cottage. Additional street parking is available if needed. Sleeping arrangements: The bedroom has a king bed, and the living room sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa. The cottage can accommodate up to four guests. Accessibility: The cottage is entirely one level, with a flat walkway from the parking area to the entrance and no steps required. Outdoor space: The cottage has its own private outdoor area with privacy fence. The South Park area is a quiet neighborhood just south of Downtown Raleigh, and a 10 minute walk to Fayetteville St, the main drag in Raleigh, and other coffee shops, restaurants, and bars, including Transfer Food Hall. All streets around have sidewalks and bike lanes. The cottage is also walking distance to Red Hat Amphitheater, or a 5-min drive. If venturing beyond Downtown, we're close proximity to major attractions including: - 5 min drive to NC State's campus - 5 min drive to Glenwood South neighborhood - 10 min drive to WakeMed Hospital - 15 min drive to Lenovo Center
Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire Sage Cottage, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and private outdoor area. Guests also have access to the dedicated driveway parking directly in front of the cottage. The cottage has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the primary home. The outdoor area is enclosed by a privacy fence.
